Something broken, confusing, or missing? Tell us — the app is shaped by what people ask for.
Email, usually answered within a couple of days:
emcmazza@gmail.comExact shelf prices come from a store's own price feed, and only some chains publish one. Where we have it, prices are marked live and can include aisle numbers. Everywhere else the app uses a built-in price book and says plainly that it is an estimate, rather than pretending to know.
If the app doesn't know a dish, it says so rather than building something else. It will work the recipe out for you, and once it has, that dish is instant from then on. If it offers something close but not right — “that is not quite Spaghetti Bolognese” — build it anyway and the app will work out the real one.
No. Everything works without one. An account only backs up your saved dishes so they follow you to a new phone. You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address.
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. That erases the account and everything saved to it, and cannot be undone. Favourites kept on the phone itself stay until you delete the app.
The filters remove foods that break them, and every suggestion is checked against them, including the savings and the product search. That said, brands change recipes. If a filter matters medically, always check the label on the packet.
Scanning needs camera permission — iPhone Settings → NutriShopper → Camera. It also only works in the app itself, not in a web browser.
Your first shopping list is free. Building more lists — from a sentence, from Recovery or from a dish the app works out — needs NutriShopper Pro, a monthly subscription. A list you already have always stays open, and there are no ads.
One person subscribes to Family and starts a family in Profile → Family. They share the invite code, and up to five others sign in and enter it. Everyone gets NutriShopper Pro and one grocery list that anyone can add to — it updates on every phone straight away and shows who added and bought each item.
It is an estimate. The app recognises the food and guesses the portion, so treat the numbers as a guide. Scanning a barcode instead logs the exact nutrition from the label. Never use the tracker to dose insulin or medication.
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NutriShopper Pro. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also get there from Profile in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account, then tap Restore purchases in Profile.
