The short version. NutriShopper is a meal-planning and grocery tool. It is not medical
advice. Nutrition, allergen and price information can be incomplete or wrong, so always read the product label.
One shopping list is free; after that, building more lists needs a NutriShopper Pro subscription, which renews
monthly until you cancel it.
Using NutriShopper
By downloading or using NutriShopper you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
If you downloaded NutriShopper from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard
Licensed Application End User License Agreement
also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
Not medical advice
NutriShopper helps you plan meals and shop. It does not diagnose, treat or manage any condition, and it is not
a substitute for a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional.
- Celiac disease, allergies and intolerances. Filters such as gluten-free, Celiac and
IBS / Low-FODMAP rely on product data that may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and cannot detect
cross-contamination. Brands change recipes. Always read the label, and follow the advice of your clinician.
- Diabetes. Carbohydrate and other nutrition figures are estimates. Never use them to decide
insulin or medication doses.
- Estimates. Nutrition for dishes the app works out for you, portions and macros read from a
photo, and prices marked as estimates are approximations.
Prices and store information
Prices, availability, promotions and aisle locations come from stores and public data where available, and
from estimates otherwise. They can differ from what you find in the store. The price at the checkout is the one
that counts.
NutriShopper Pro subscriptions
- What is free. You can build one shopping list without paying. Viewing, ticking off and
editing a list you already have is never locked.
- What Pro includes. Unlimited shopping lists, including lists built from a sentence, from
Recovery and from dishes the app works out for you, plus the photo macro tracker and photo product lookup.
- Free trial. New subscribers get the first 7 days free. Unless you cancel at least
24 hours before the free period ends, it becomes a paid monthly subscription and your account is charged.
The free period is offered once per Apple Account or Google Play account per subscription group; anyone who
has already used it is charged from the start. Cancelling during the free period costs nothing.
- Billing. NutriShopper Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is taken by
Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play account when the free period ends, or when you confirm
the purchase if you are not eligible for it.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price
unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged
for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Launch pricing. NutriShopper Pro launches at $3.99 per month in the United States. From
1 November 2026 the price for new subscribers in the United States becomes $5.99 per month. People who are
already subscribed before that date keep the price they joined at for as long as their subscription continues
without a break. Prices in other countries are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy.
- NutriShopper Family. An auto-renewing monthly subscription for up to 6 people, $14.99 per
month in the United States (shown in your local currency elsewhere). The organiser pays and invites others with a
code. Members have Pro while the organiser's Family subscription is active, and everyone shares one grocery list.
If the Family subscription ends, members lose Pro through the family; the shared list stays until the organiser
deletes the family. Members need an account to join.
- Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or
Google Play account settings, or from Profile in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until
the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these
terms limits any right to a refund or withdrawal you have under the law where you live.
- Restoring. If you reinstall the app or use a new phone signed in to the same App Store or
Google Play account, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in Profile.
Who can use NutriShopper
NutriShopper is for people aged 13 or over. Where the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to
online services without a parent — 16 in parts of the European Union — you must be at least that age. The app is
not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you
believe a child has given us information, write to emcmazza@gmail.com
and we will delete it.
NutriShopper is a meal-planning tool, not a treatment for any eating disorder or medical condition. If you are
being treated for one, follow your clinician rather than this app.
Accounts
An account is optional and only backs up your saved dishes. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in
details secure. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account → Delete account. A subscription is
tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not to a NutriShopper account, so deleting your NutriShopper
account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account settings.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, copy or resell the service or the data it
shows, and no automated scraping.
Third-party services
NutriShopper uses services from other companies, including store price services, Open Food Facts,
OpenStreetMap, Google and Apple. Their information and availability are outside our control, and their own terms
apply to them. What each receives is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty and limits of liability
NutriShopper is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise that the app will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or that its information is accurate or complete, and we are not liable for loss or
harm arising from relying on it — including decisions about food you eat or buy. Some places do not allow these
limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits, and they never limit rights you have as a
consumer that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is
significant, say so in the app. Continuing to use NutriShopper after a change means you accept the updated
terms.
